Ensure Electrical Safety – Verify that the power supply has been disconnected to maintain safety during installation.
Determine the Installation Point – Position the mounting plate on the desired surface to identify the correct placement.
Check Level and Height – Ensure that the installation surface is level and at an appropriate height for convenient use.
Mark and Drill – Mark the drilling points and drill holes at all three designated positions according to the mounting plate's hole locations.
Note: The hole positions and distances shown in the diagram are for reference only. The installer must measure and adjust the actual drilling positions based on the physical mounting plate during installation.
Install the hanging bracket for the charger into the 2 upper mounting holes.
Threading the Electrical Wire
Note: The installer must calculate and select the appropriate wire size based on the installation distance and voltage drop calculation, following electrical installation standards.
Connect the L, N, and PE wires to the brown, blue, and green/yellow striped electrical terminals, respectively. Verify the correctness of the electrical connections (L-N-PE).
Connect the LED status indicator wire between the front cover and the internal wiring of the charger.
Fit the front cover onto the charger and tighten all 10 screws to secure the front cover to the unit.
Hang the charger onto the installed hanging bracket.
Tighten the screws at the bottom of the charger to secure the unit to the installation point.
Insert the charging plug into the storage point for the charging head.
Check the emergency stop button to ensure it is not engaged; if it is, release it by turning.
Power up the unit by connecting it to the electrical system.
Once the power is supplied to the unit, the status light on the front of the machine will illuminate.
