Charge at Home
1
Install the mounting plate
  • Check the electrical system to ensure that the power supply has been disconnected for safety during installation.
  • Determine the installation point by placing the mounting plate on the surface where it will be installed.
  • Check the level of the installation point to ensure it is on a plane and at an appropriate height for use.
  • Mark the spots for drilling and drill holes at all 3 positions of the mounting plate according to the hole locations.

Note: The positions and distances of the holes for drilling in the diagram are only preliminary. The installer must measure and adjust the positions for drilling from the actual mounting plate during installation.

2
Install the hanging bracket

Install the hanging bracket for the charger into the 2 upper mounting holes.

3
Thread the electrical wire

Thread the electrical wire through the electrical entry point and the Cable gland located at the bottom left position of the electric charger. Tighten the Cable gland. For installation, it is recommended to use an electrical wire of size 2C+PE 10sq.mm.

Note: The installer must calculate and choose the appropriate size of the electrical wire based on the distance and information from the voltage drop calculation according to the electrical installation standards.

4
Connect the electrical wires

Connect the L, N, and PE wires to the corresponding electrical terminals:

  • L (Live) → Brown terminal
  • N (Neutral) → Blue terminal
  • PE (Protective Earth) → Green/yellow striped terminal

Ensure that all electrical connections (L-N-PE) are correctly and securely connected.

5
Attach the front cover

Connect the LED status indicator wire between the front cover and the internal wiring of the charger.

Fit the front cover onto the charger and tighten all 10 screws to secure the front cover to the unit.

6
Hang the charger

Hang the charger onto the installed hanging bracket.

7
Secure the unit

Tighten the screws at the bottom of the charger to secure the unit to the installation point.

8
Check for completeness

Insert the charging plug into the storage point for the charging head.

Check the emergency stop button to ensure it is not engaged; if it is, release it by turning.

Power up the unit by connecting it to the electrical system.

Once the power is supplied to the unit, the status light on the front of the machine will illuminate.
